Keep 10 AI notes a month on the Free plan. Type your email, confirm it from the link we send, and you get a Free key. Recording, transcription and search stay free either way, and everything you have recorded stays on your computer and stays yours.
We keep the address until you confirm, a day at most, and for one hour after; then only a one-way code made from it. Our email service, Resend, keeps its copy of each email for 30 days.
The key works in Recordist 0.3.13 or later. Lost it? Ask again here with the same address and the same key shows after you confirm.
What changes, and what does not
- Free includes 3 AI notes a month. With a Free key it includes 10.
- Recording, transcription, search, export and playback stay free, with no limit, key or not.
- The key has no end date, is checked on your computer, and never sends anything about your meetings anywhere.
- One key per address. No card, no account, no reminder emails, nothing to cancel.
How it works
- 01Type your email. Any address you read, your own or a relay such as Hide My Email. Throwaway addresses are refused, because the key would be lost with them.
- 02Open the link and press Confirm. The email has one link. It works for 24 hours and once. Pressing Confirm shows the key on that page and sends a copy to the same address.
- 03Paste it in Recordist. Settings, then License, then paste. The key is checked on your computer, offline. Free then includes 10 AI notes a month, counted from the start of this month: if you have used 3, you have 7 more now.
This form sends two emails: the confirmation link, then a copy of your key once you press Confirm. Nothing after that. Each one ends with a link that stops us sending that address a Recordist key again. Questions: support@recordist.app.
