Places go in the order answers arrive. Every answer that tells us something about Recordist in your own words counts; we don't judge how good or how kind it is.

What you get
Pro adds AI notes with no monthly limit, a follow-up email drafted after each call, and Ask, which answers questions about your calls. Free keeps recording, transcription and search with no limit.
A key for Recordist Pro that works through 31 March 2027, with no card. On 1 April 2027 at 12:00 UTC it ends, and Recordist moves to the Free plan by itself and deletes nothing. If you ever write about Recordist in public, please mention that your Pro was free.
Why we ask
Recordist sends us nothing about how you use it, so the only way we learn what it gets wrong is a person telling us. Criticism is what the question asks for. Three real calls, with the agreement of the people on them, is what it takes to have an opinion we can act on.
How places are given
- In the order answers arrive, counted when the address is confirmed. No draw, no picking by quality.
- A person reads each answer within 5 business days and approves it unless the answer says nothing about Recordist in your own words, the address already has a place, the key email bounces, or the box is unticked.
- The decision comes by email to the address you confirmed. Your address is deleted once it is sent; the answer on 30 June 2027.
- The count above is the real count, read from our records within the last minute or two. No timer, no "only a few left".
