Try every Pro feature free for 7 days before you pay, with no card and no account. Because you can try first, payments are not refunded, except in these cases. Within 24 hours of the first payment of a subscription, you can ask for a refund, once per customer. To ask, email us from the address on your receipt, and we refund it and cancel the subscription in the same step. A yearly renewal is refunded if you ask within 7 days after the renewal date. We email you 30 days before it renews. When we refund a first payment or a yearly renewal because you asked, we refund what you paid less the fee Stripe kept on that payment, and nothing more is taken off. Our email shows both amounts. If you ask on the day of the payment, we refund it in full: the day counts by the date on your receipt or by the date where you live, whichever suits you. Billing errors, refunds for a problem or a change on our side, and any refund the law requires, such as an EU or UK withdrawal, are paid in full, with nothing deducted. Billing errors, such as a double charge or a charge after you cancelled, are always refunded. Monthly renewals are not refunded. Cancel any time and Pro runs to the end of the month you paid for. Otherwise payments are not refunded, including when you change your mind or do not use Pro, except where our Terms (recordist.app/terms) or the law where you live require it. If you live in the EU or the UK, you have the right to withdraw that the law there gives you, and Link, the seller of record, handles it under its terms:
how withdrawal works. When a payment is refunded in full, or in full less Stripe's fee, the licence it bought ends.
How refunds work. Nothing here limits the rights the law gives you where you live.
