Recordist writes up your client calls on your own computer. No bot joins the call, and audio is never uploaded.
A silent 13-second film. A follow-up email reads “As you said on the call:” with nothing between the quotation marks. In Recordist, a search for “4th” finds the line “I’ll send you the client’s comments by the 4th, and then you can start the drawings.” The time beside it is pressed, and the line plays, its words appearing as they are said. Three weeks later, hear it said. While the audio is kept, the time beside any line plays it back.

By default, a small card asks when a call starts: Record this meeting? Nothing is recorded until you say yes.

Your recordings, transcripts and notes exist only on your device. Recordist has no server that could hold them.
If you choose a cloud AI provider for notes, the transcript goes from your computer to that provider under your own account. That is your choice, off by default, and listed in the Privacy Ledger.
The email you owe, already drafted.
A few minutes after you hang up, the notes are written and the follow-up is drafted with them. Every decision links to the line it came from; while the audio is kept, press the time and hear it said. Read the draft, change a word, send it from your own mail.
